For the tortellini skewers in the jar, first cook the tortellini al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. Allow to cool.

In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and cut the larger ones in half. Also wash the herbs and shake them well dry. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into cubes. On the skewers put first a piece of tomato, then a piece of pineapple, a herb leaf and at the end a tortellini.

For the chive sauce, mix all ingredients and season to taste. Pour about 1 cm high into stamper glasses. Put in the skewers.

Serve the tortellini skewers in the glass as finger food.
