For the tayberry juice, mix the tayberries with the citric acid and vanilla bean and 100 g sugar in a plastic container and leave overnight. Then strain through a cloth and collect the juice.
Boil the juice with 300 g of sugar and skim off the foam. Pour the juice into sterilized, small bottles with twist-off caps. It will keep for several months.
Preparation Tip:
Undiluted, this tayberry juice is wonderful with pudding or other desserts, or drink it diluted as lemonade.
