Instructions:

For the pork lung roast, salt and pepper the meat and fry briefly in butter. Remove the meat and keep warm.

Add some more butter to the roast residue and fry the chopped onion in it, add cranberries and sliced mushrooms and fry as well. Let everything stew until soft.

When the liquid has evaporated, dust everything with flour, deglaze with red wine and pour in soup.

Bring the sauce to a boil and pour over the pork lung roast. Add parsley, garlic and remaining spices. Simmer over high heat until done.
