For the power drink, remove the stalk and seeds from the untreated, washed lemons and cut them into small pieces. The ginger, if possible fresh because it is not so woody, peel and also cut smaller.

Put both in a chopper, add the honey and blend until you get a fine paste. Pour it into a jar and put it in the refrigerator.

Add a cup of hot water and two teaspoons or to taste and stir.

Preparation Tip:

In the cold season, this power drink enjoyed daily is a good prevention against colds or simply in between to warm up just super.
