First, prepare a steam. To do this, dissolve the yeast with a little sugar in about 60-70 ml of water. Make sure that the water is not too cold, but also not too hot.

After resting, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Knead each part well again until it gets a very soft consistency. Place the four pieces on a floured tea towel and let rest again for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Then pull or roll out the pizza dough into a round pizza and place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Top with tomato sauce, cheese, etc. as desired.

Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 15 minutes.
