Instructions:

For the banana-orange cream, slice banana and roll in lemon juice. Peel and fillet oranges, puree finely in a blender.

Prepare three glasses and spread the orange puree on them, also add some banana pieces to the puree, save some for the decoration.

Whip the cream with sugar until stiff, fold in all the grated white chocolate except for a little for the decoration and also distribute among the glasses.

Spread banana slices and chocolate on top and chill.

Preparation Tip:

With biscotti, the banana-orange cream becomes a little richer and therefore more filling.
