For the anchovy cheese wedges, process the anchovy fillets, cheese, olives, flour, butter and cayenne pepper into a dough. (Works best in a food processor). Put the dough in the refrigerator to rest for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C degrees. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut into 5 cm wide strips. Then cut these strips diagonally into triangles. Place the triangles on a baking sheet and dust with a little cayenne pepper. Bake the anchovy cheese wedges in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
