For dulce de leche, melt butter in a saucepan. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and let melt.

Stir in milk and condensed milk and stir until everything has dissolved. Then simmer the cream on lowest heat for about 45 minutes.

Attention, stir again and again, it must not burn!

After about 40-45 minutes, constantly check the consistency. It should be creamy and not runny. When the cream reaches the right consistency, immediately pour into jars and screw shut.
