For the stanitzel, first sift powdered sugar and flour. Stir in butter and egg white. Strain finely, there should be no more lumps in the dough. Chill the dough briefly before baking.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.

Spread the dough in a thin rectangular shape on the baking paper. Place in the oven for about 2 minutes.

Then work quickly. Cut out circles from the dough. Turn them over a nozzle of a piping bag, for example, to create the stanitzel shape. Allow to cool completely with the mold.

Remove the stanitzel from the mold and let it cool.
