For the house bread, dissolve the yeast in the water, mix the flour with the spices and pour the oil over it.

Add the yeast-water mixture and knead into a dough using a food processor. Let the dough rise for at least 1 hour.

Then form the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let rise again for at least 1 hour. Slightly cut the bread diagonally with a knife and moisten with water.

Bake at 200 °C for about 30-40 minutes, then reduce the heat to 170 °C and bake again for about 30 minutes. You can make sure the bread is cooked by tapping it (it should sound hollow).
