For the Toffifee Gugelhupf melt Toffifee with butter. Beat eggs with powdered sugar and melted Toffifee butter until well blended.

Add flour, hazelnuts and baking powder and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan and bake the Toffifee Gugelhupf in the oven at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 40 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, cover the Toffifee Gugelhupf with chocolate icing and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
