For the cream dessert with red fruit jelly, soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for 5 minutes. Mix curd cheese with vanilla yogurt, sugar, amaretto, lemon juice and grated fruit.

Dissolve gelatin according to package directions, stir 5 tablespoons curd yogurt mixture with the dissolved gelatin. Then add this back to the whole curd yogurt mixture and mix well.

As soon as it begins to gel slightly, whip the cream until stiff and then fold into the cream. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Just before serving, top with the red fruit jelly and decorate with fresh mint.
