This is not a dish from the classic Chinese cuisine. But it is a successful variation adapted to European palates.
Remove the morels from the water. Drain well. Also drain bamboo shoots, cut into strips. Rinse and clean the peppers. Cut out the dividing walls. Cut flesh into strips. Peel onions. Cut into rings together with the cleaned, washed leek. Heat oil. Add the vegetables. Braise everything well. Season with the Chinese seasoning, soy sauce and sugar. Later add the drained soy germs. Sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring carefully.
Pour into a greased ovenproof dish. Mix paradeis pulp with eggs and beef broth. Pour over it. Put into the heated oven.

Serve: Long grain rice with tangerines or curry rice.
Drink: beer.
