Boil the lentils in 600 ml of water and soften over low heat for about 30 min. Pour off the excess water and cool a little.
Add the olive pieces and the other ingredients to the lentils and finely chop with a blender. Season with pepper.
It is very tasty with various dishes of potatoes and cereals, and with grated cheese and lettuce leaves as a filling for bread (pita) pockets.
