Instructions:

Heat the butter. Peel and chop the onion, sauté in the butter, dust with flour and fry.

Fry the tomato paste and add the chopped tomatoes.

Add some vinegar and soup, season and taste.

Let the soup boil for about 30 minutes, pass through a whisk and refine with some cream.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
