For the gnocchi with tofu, heat the peanut oil and butter in a frying pan. Add the finely diced onion and ginger and fry. Add the tofu cut into small blocks and fry.

Cut pepperoni into fine rings and fry as well. Add soy sauce and ketjab manis. Let stand for a short time. Add eggplant bell pepper cream with a little water and bring to a boil.

Turn down the heat again and add the gnocchi. My gnocchi took about 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in crème fraîche and the fresh chopped chervil.

Preparation Tip:

Depending on the spiciness of the pepperoni, dose the crème fraîche. The gnocchi with tofu can also be served with grated cheese, Gouda or Emmental.
