Pasta with Zucchini Cheese Sauce

For the pasta with zucchini cheese sauce, coarsely mash the zucchini, finely grate the carrots and dice the ham.

Sauté the carrots in a little oil, stir in the tomato paste and add first the ham, then the zucchini. Stir in the grated cheese and pour in a little water if needed, depending on the desired consistency.

Stir in the corn and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions, mix in the sauce well and serve the pasta with zucchini cheese sauce.
